The Maune Company specializes in the management, leasing, acquisition and development of office, retail and industrial property in the Saint Louis and Houston markets. With a portfolio of 55 properties, more than 2.1 million square feet of space is under The Maune Company management.

Our History
What started in 2002 with one employee and a single property acquisition grew quickly to a portfolio of more than 25 projects and 6 employees. By seeking out real estate acquisitions and developments that matched the company expertise in maximizing value, The Maune Company continued to expand its influence. By 2007, Maune had acquired or developed more than 40 different properties. Finding many local real estate investors were looking for a "hands on" approach to the management of their properties, the blended expertise from ownership and managing Maune properties quickly advanced to a very successful property management service to third-party customers. In 2009, The Maune Company acquired Bell & Associates, providing clients with an expanded platform of services, resources and expertise with the same commitment to service excellence. In 2011, Maune added real estate veteran Peter Krombach as President to expand brokerage services, offering our clients additional expertise and services.
