Kara Villhard
Kara Villhard joined The Maune Company in 2007, as Director of Operations, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and specializing in asset management of office, industrial and retail properties. She oversees the daily operations of the company and the 2.7 million square feet of space The Maune Company manages. Kara also provides oversight of the maintenance department, direct property management, construction management and assists with the acquisition and disposition of properties.
Prior to joining The Maune Company, Kara was a Property Manager with Duke Realty Corporation for more than 11 years, where she managed a 1.2 million square foot mixed portfolio consisting of Class A office and industrial properties. She began her career with Trammell Crow Company in St. Louis and later transferred to their Orlando office where she was property manager for a mixed-use development owned by Teacher’s Retirement Systems of the State of Illinois.
