Ramsey Maune
With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Ramsey Maune has developed a reputation of excellence and integrity. He founded The Maune Company in 2002 and quickly grew the company to a portfolio of 70 properties and 2.8 million square feet of space. Maune acquired Bell & Associates in 2009 to expand The Maune Company’s array of services, resources and expertise.
Before founding The Maune Company, Maune was Senior Vice President of St. Louis Operations for Duke Realty Corporation (NYSE: DRE) and served as a member of its management committee. Maune was responsible for running the St. Louis operation, with 70 employees and a $500 million portfolio of office and industrial property and earnings of over $50 million. He was involved in the acquisition or development of more than 3.7 million square feet of property and 290 acres of land. In 1998, Maune earned the "Business Unit of the Year Award" for overall performance, topping 13 other market operations.
Prior to Duke Realty, Maune was Vice President with Trammell Crow Company in its St. Louis office. Maune specialized in investment sales, leasing and development of office and industrial property, overseeing the leasing of Trammell Crow’s 5.5 million square foot portfolio and other sale and leasing transactions totaling more than $100 million.
